Check back soon for photos from the Christmas Party!

A special thank you is extended to all of the coaches, parents
and players whose hard work and dedication
resulted in another successful season.  Through involvement
in this organization, our children have had the  opportunity
to continue a great tradition in Irish sport, to be physically active
and competitive, and to enjoy a great season full of fun
with their friends and teammates.  Our club’s goal is to improve
and expand each year, and that simply cannot be done
without the involvement of our players’ parents.
Please consider giving of your time and effort to
volunteer and participate in our club’s activities
and events in the upcoming year.

What is Gaelic Football?

Gaelic Football is a combination of several sports including soccer,
basketball, American football, and even volleyball.
Just as in soccer, the players attempt to move the ball
(similar  to a soccer ball) down the field by carrying, dribbling or soloing.
Passing is critical, and the players can hand-pass (fist)
or kick pass (punt style) the ball to their teammates.
Players can score by kicking the ball in the net,
past a goalie for 3 points, or over the bar, between the uprights
for 1 point. Shoulder to shoulder contact
between players going for the ball is allowed.
