Lattof YMCA,

Please note players must be
six years of age before January 1, 2006.
U8 & U10: January 11 & 25, February 8
& 22, & March 8
U12 & U14: January 18, February 1 & 15, & March 1 & 8
5pm-6pm

download and complete one waiver for each child.
Please bring with you the next time you attend training.
Each player will be given a card to show when entering the
Lattof YMCA.
