The following information was taken from the Philly GAA Website:

Airport Transport & Buses: The Philadelphia International Airport is just 10 miles from the Sheraton Philadelphia at Franklin Plaza.  Bus service will be available for pre-arranged flight arrivals of 10 people or more. We ask that you forward your flight number, Airline, arrival times and number of passengers to us at info@phillygaa.com as soon as your arrangements have been secured so that we have the appropriate number of buses available. A one time fee of $20 per person will be collected on the bus upon arrival at the airport, which is in keeping with the guidelines of past playoffs. Taxis are available at the airport for a flat rate of $25 to the hotel. Additionally, there is an hourly train service available at a cost of $11 round trip from the airport. The closest station is approximately 5 blocks from the hotel and service is available from 8am to 11pm.

Complimentary buses will be provided between the Hotel and the fields at regular intervals to accommodate all guests and participants. A more definitive airport schedule will be available as flight information is received.

O'Neill's: We welcome O'Neill's as our Official Sponsor. Please make sure to look for the O'Neill's booth at our Finals where you will be able to purchase your official County jerseys and gear.

Food & Drink: We will be offering traditional Irish fare in addition to kid friendly food platters and soft drinks. Our food service will begin the day with an Irish Breakfast to accommodate the early arrivals before the start of the first match and food will be available until the last match is completed.

Alcoholic beverages will be served in a separate location and wrist bands will be provided after appropriate identification has been reviewed. There will be a tented area with tables and chairs in addition to the picnic areas that already exist on the banks of the Delaware River. Food and beverages will be purchased with tickets that will be available in booths throughout the premises.

Entrance Tickets: Admission will be the same as in past years. A 3-day pass can be purchased for $35. Separate admission prices are: $10 for Friday, $15 for Saturday and $20 for Sunday. We are unable to accept credit cards, so tickets must be purchased with cash. Entrance tickets can be purchased at the "Hospitality Desk", on the bus or at the admission gate at the field. The Hotel has ATM machines available and we are in the process of trying to secure an ATM machine for the field.

Youth: Our goal is to make the Philly Playoffs a memorable and fun weekend for the youth and their families. To that end, we will be offering kid friendly food and beverages.

SPECIAL NOTICE: The Playoff Committee will be providing bottled water for all participating teams. Absolutely no coolers will be allowed at the field. Anyone arriving with a cooler will have it confiscated and will be able to reclaim it at the gate upon departure.

Vendors: As a remembrance of your weekend in Philly, we will be selling souvenir t-shirts and assorted items and apparel for men, women and children which bears our Official Philly Playoff logo. Additionally, our other vendors will be offering assorted Irish food, candy and wares.

Photography: We are delighted to welcome back Don Murray as the Official Photographer of the 2006 NACB Playoff's. Don will once again be organizing the team photos when the schedule becomes available. Please check out Don's work from the 2005 Philly Playoff's on his website at http://donmurray.lifepics.com/, or click the link provided on our home page.

Catholic Mass: The Hotel is located right next door to the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter & Paul which is the Mother Church of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Mass is celebrated on Saturday evening at 5:15 PM and on Sunday at 8:30 and 10:30 AM and 12:15 and 5:15 PM.

Hospitality Desk: Our desk will be located in the lobby of the Wyndham Philadelphia at Franklin Plaza. Please feel free to stop by with any questions your have and we will be happy to help you. If no volunteer is available at the table, a hot line number will be posted for your use.
